Privacy Policy

LenderBridge operates lenderbridge.com.au and the tools on it. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What we collect

Most of our tools work without any personal information. We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it:

• Contact details you submit through a form — name, email address, phone number and any project or company name you provide.
• Project and finance details you enter into a tool — for example loan purpose, loan amount, project type, state and ratios. Entered on their own (without a form submission), these are processed to calculate your result and are not linked to you.
• Technical data collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers — IP address, browser type and pages visited.

2. How we use it

• To provide the tool results you request.
• To contact you about your enquiry when you ask us to.
• With your consent, to introduce your project to lenders whose published criteria fit.
• To operate, improve and secure the site and tools.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

• Lenders — only where you have asked to be introduced, and only the project profile and contact details needed for that introduction.
• Service providers that run our systems — HubSpot (customer records and forms), Netlify (hosting) and Cloudflare (security). Some providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States, under their own privacy safeguards.
• Anyone else only where the law requires it.

4. Storage and security

Information is stored with the providers above using industry-standard security, including encryption in transit. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as the law requires.

5. Access, correction and deletion

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email adam@lenderbridge.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.

6. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first at adam@lenderbridge.com.au and we will work to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always at lenderbridge.com.au/privacy with the date above.
